At Imbasat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unworn or unused
  • Include original tags
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt)

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your item will be provided

Important: Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally:

  • Sale items are non-returnable
  • Gift cards cannot be returned

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union Orders

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
